| I lived in the Southeast region and I had an investment property, a small 3-bedroom rental property in Kansas City which I had to sell because I had bad experience renting it out to a tenant who stopped paying after a while. As I don't live in the Kansas City area I had to look for an agent in that area who could help me in taking care of all the paper works to evict the tenant and sell the property. I searched Zillow and contacted 3 agents including Mark. The agents contacted me but when I told them my situation only Mark promised to help me, the other 2 agents lost interest. True to his word, he helped me in seeking a lawyer to prepare a legal document to evict the tenant. He also helped me in finding a locksmith to re-key the locks of the house. He made an appointment with the locksmith and personally drive all the way to the property just to meet with the locksmith and receive the new keys. I told him my concern that I needed the property sold before winter time because I was worried about the possibility of water pipes freezing in the winter as the property has been vacated. Well, before the end of October 2013 he was able to find an investor to buy my property and it is now sold. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond to help me. He treats me like a very important client even though my property was just a small house. He know my needs, and he is very professional. I recommend Mark to all sellers/buyers out there. He is the agent who will treat you as a human being with needs and not just a sale. I assure you he is one of a kind. If I have to rate Mark on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would give him an 11. That's how I would describe my experience working with him!

| I called upon Mark to assist me in helping my sister escape an abusive marriage. He got a list of criteria from my Mother and I and found the most perfect home for my sister and my niece and nephew! He guided me through the inspection and knew that we had a specific day in mind to move my sister and her kids out. He stayed on the mortgage person, the title company, and everyone involved. Talk about military precision! We closed when we needed to, so that we could get some sundry items fixed in the house right on time before Move-In Day. Clockwork, pure clockwork! Even at the closing, and the mountains of paper, he was there to break it down to simpler terms for my mother to sign for the house. I could go on and on about how much Mark was an asset in the needed escape of my sister, niece, and nephew, but the end product (my sister;s family LOVING their new home) was what was all the time the goal. | I hired Mark as my real estate agent in the fall of 2009 and purchased a home in the summer of 2010. I am not the easiest of clients to the point of being dubbed "impossible to please" by some in my circle. Mark handeled my demanding, picky, sometimes fickle nature with ease and professionalism. He always made time to show houses while he was in town even through the holiday season and on last minute requests. During our work together, he was required to go out of town for his reserve military duty on a couple of occasions and made sure that I had contacts to show homes while he was out of town. He was prepared with research on the homes I wanted to see not only for me, but copies for the others that were viewing houses with me. Mark was knowledgeable about the current market place as well as other service providers. I was also happy with the mortgage broker he reccommended. Even through the multiple offers I had him write, he always approached the situation with a smile and a willingness to work. He was concerned with getting the right house for me and not simply getting the job completed to get paid. In the past I had used a family member for my real estate needs that was as much of a perfectionist as I am and been very disappointed in other real estate agents that I had used. Prior to working with Mark, I had a very negative view of the agent population as a whole. Mark was a very refreshing surprise. He stood up to the very high standards that I hold for my service providers. I will continue to reccommend him in the future
